Chance Eaton
Growing up on a large corporate farm and ranch, Dr. Eaton founded Big Sky Way in 2009 on the same core business virtues he learned from working alongside his family in Union Valley, Montana.
Holding advanced degrees in business, psychology, and education leadership, and undergraduate degrees in business, psychology, and psychotherapy, he has spent most of his career working in (or with) small and medium-sized businesses. To accommodate a growing clientele, domestically and abroad, he utilized his perspective to create programs and custom training solutions for businesses and non-profits. Big Sky Way is a celebration of small business virtues, woven into organizational development solutions for today's complex organization.

2022 Program Schedule
This education is delivered in (2) two-hour sessions per week for 7.5 weeks. All times are 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (MST).
Classes are taught by Dr. Chance Eaton in a live, virtual classroom via Zoom. This program will include breakout rooms where you will be interacting with other participants.
Class begins Tuesday, February 1, 2022 through Thursday, March 24, 2022.
Full schedule will be sent upon enrollment. All classes will be accessible via the student portal.

Beginning on Tuesday, February 1st, classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (MST). Classes are two hours per day, two days per week for a total of 30 hours.

No Problem – every live class is recorded and made available for 6-months. Further, you receive access to our Leading Team’s digital platform with all of the lectures pre-recorded, along with updated manuals, and activity/scripts for you to follow along.
Since this certificate program is validated by a Montana University System college, 75% attendance to the live training is required in order to receive the workforce development certificate. If attendance is less, you will still receive a certificate of attendance from Big Sky Way, but not the Workforce Development Certificate.
You have 6-months to claim your free session from when class begins.
In the spirit of Big Sky Way, this really isn’t designed to be a commodity leadership course. There is a tremendous need for leaders in this new world...and the journey is a life-long one.
