For 15 years Brittany has helped trades professionals develop into skilled leaders. She started at a hardrock underground mine where the demands of 24/7 production were constantly weighed with the need for training and safety. After working with leaders in agriculture, construction, and heavy civil companies she ventured out on her own. Her passion is training blue collar managers with the belief that business can be a force for good in employees' lives and beyond. Brittany holds a B.A. in Philosophy, is a Certified Coach for Personal and Professional Mastery, and is certified in various leadership methodologies. As a lifelong Montanan she relishes living in the foothills of the Beartooths with her daughters.
