Jennie Dean is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of industry experience. She began her career in Washington, DC, working with the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS/Science Magazine) and later the American Chemical Society, where she honed her expertise in strategic communications, branding, and publication design.

After relocating to Helena in 2005, Jennie served as Education & Program Director for the Montana Association of REALTORS® for nearly 14 years, leading statewide education initiatives and member engagement efforts.

Today, Jennie brings her strategic insight and creative expertise to Big Sky Way Leadership College, developing compelling marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and design materials that reflect the organization’s mission of Leadership Simplified.

In 2019, Jennie and her husband Tony adopted two daughters, now 17 and 10. She is passionate about family, community, animals, and embracing all that Montana has to offer.
